Scheduling

I currently provide sessions via telehealth Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I offer a 20 minute introductory consultation at no charge. Please call (206) 966-4123 or email me at sherri@sherrihainjecounseling.com to schedule an appointment.

Fees and Billing

I charge $160 for a 55 minute session. Payment is due at the time of service by cash, check, debit or credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards as permitted by your insurer. I do not bill insurance. I am currently an out-of-network provider with most insurance companies and provide a monthly receipt that can be submitted for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance carrier to determine your out-of-network coverage. I do offer some sliding scale options for those in need. Please ask! Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged for a session.
